  • A Home Depot employee hurt his back and both legs when helping lift a mirrored door for a customer during his shift. We successfully secured him an award of $290,021.00.
  • An Alarm Technician hurt his right knee and back after he fell off a ladder while installing an alarm system. We secured him a settlement of $173,000.00.
  • A Police Officer hurt her back while adjusting a stuck seat in her patrol car while on shift. We obtained her an award of $240,000.00. 
  • A Truck Driver hurt his neck and right shoulder when he was involved in a motor vehicle accident en route to a delivery destination for work. We secured him a settlement of $144,875.30.
  • A Fence Installer injured his left knee, shoulder, and neck when he was involved in a motor vehicle accident while on the way to a job site. We secured him an award of $225,000.00.
