  • A Clerk for a Research Foundation was replacing a water jug in the office at work when it fell and injured her head, neck, and eyes. We successfully secured her an award of $114,000.00.
  • A Delivery Driver hurt his lower back and neck when lifting a bag of cast iron fittings into his work truck. We secured him a settlement of $150,000.00.
  • A Machine Operator hurt his neck and back while building pallets during work. We obtained him an award of $120,000.00. 
  • A Fleet Service Worker for American Airlines hurt his right hip when he missed a step getting down off of a forklift at work. We secured him a settlement of $161,881.26.
  • A UPS Driver hurt his right knee while delivering packages at work. We secured him an award of $221,234.95.
