Dionisios Georgatos

Associate

Dionisios Georgatos is an Associate at McIntyre Donohue Accardi Salmonson & Riordan, where he devotes his practice to advocating for injured workers throughout New York. Drawing on a background in both personal injury and Workers’ Compensation law, he brings deep experience and genuine personal investment to every case.

Mr. Georgatos received his undergraduate degree in Finance and Business Law from Hofstra University and subsequently earned his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law. He began his legal career at a prominent downtown Manhattan firm, where he represented individuals injured in motor vehicle and construction accidents. His interest in complex litigation soon led him to advocate for those harmed by toxic exposure in the aftermath of the September 11th attacks. Following the successful resolution of those mass tort proceedings, he redirected his practice exclusively to the field of Workers’ Compensation.

In the years since, Dionisios has represented thousands of injured constructions workers, union members, municipal employees, healthcare workers, corrections officers, and other injured workers, offering them honest counsel and steady guidance through difficult moments. He believes in clear communication, earned trust, and treating every client like a friend who has come to him for help when it matters most.

Outside of work, Dionisios enjoys staying active with his wife and kids, spending time hiking, backpacking, working out and relaxing on the beach.
