MDASR, LLP Secures Over $400,000 in Recent Workers’ Compensation Settlements for the month of AUGUST 2025.

Here are recent victories:
$102,000 awarded to Owner of a Building Restoration Company operating out of Eastern Long Island. Our client sustained serious injuries to the Knees and Back after stepping into an unmarked sinkhole at a job site.
$213,000 awarded to Registered Nurse working at a hospital in Plainview, New York. While walking through a hospital wing, our client noticed an elderly patient with dementia that was about to fall over. They quickly tried to catch the patient but ended up breaking their fall. Our client prevented the patient from any serious injuries but unfortunately sustained injuries to the Back, Neck and Shoulders.
$155,700 awarded to Iron Worker for a Concrete Subcontractor based in Deer Park. Our client was strapped to rebar over a building while doing an installation. The rebar gave in and broke causing our client to fall to the ground and severely injure themselves. The fall from the building caused various Fractured Ribs and an injured Back and Shoulders.
