The client was performing her daily routine and cleaning one of the rooms when she tripped on a bag of linen. The fall caused her to injure her Right Knee, Left Knee, Left Elbow, Left Hand, Chin, and Neck, eventually needing surgery to the Right Knee and an epidural at the Neck.

$112,450 awarded to a Bakery Manager working for a Popular Long Island Grocery Chain. She was working at the Plainview location, maneuvering two oven-racks when one bumped into the corner of a box causing her to lose her balance and injure her Left shoulder after recoiling to not fall over. This injury would later require Major Shoulder Surgery to address a Rotator Cuff Tear.
