With over 25 years of experience in New York State Workers’ Compensation law, advocating for the rights of injured workers, Mrs. Salmonson represents numerous clients before the Workers’ Compensation Board. She is well versed in litigation involving all aspects of Workers’ Compensation claims and negotiates optimal resolutions.

Mrs. Salmonson counsels many clients and union members, tirelessly advocating to ensure that the rights of injured workers are protected. She continuously strives to obtain the most favorable results for all of her clients.

Mrs. Salmonson graduated from Muhlenberg College and obtained her law degree from St. John’s University School of Law. She resides in Nassau County with her husband Scott and their two children.

I received my undergraduate degree from Mulhenberg College and went to law school at St. John’s University School of Law. While there, I was Editor of the St. John’s Journal of Legal Commentary.

No, prior to becoming an attorney, I was certified to teach Spanish in middle and high school.

Just knowing that I’ve helped someone is the most rewarding thing that life has to offer. Whatever I can give, I will and I’ll always remain true to that.
