Timothy Finnegan is a Partner at McIntyre, Donohue, Accardi, Salmonson & Riordan, representing injured workers in complex Workers’ Compensation claims. Shaped by both Irish and Italian heritage — communities that built this country with their hands and fought hard for the rights workers depend on today — Tim brings genuine personal conviction to his advocacy for labor rights, alongside the professional depth that comes from experience on both the defense and claimant sides.

Tim earned his B.A. in U.S. History from Stony Brook University in 2010 and his J.D. from Touro Law Center in 2014, where he served as President of the Student Bar Association. He focused his practice on Workers’ Compensation in 2015, joined MDASR in 2016, and became a Partner in December 2025.

Known for being direct and highly communicative, Tim keeps clients informed and prepared at every stage while helping them plan with long-term outcomes in mind.

Outside the office, he enjoys sailing, playing guitar, and spending time with his family. He is a devoted husband and proud father.
