• A delivery driver injured his right shoulder when he slipped on ice while delivering packages. We obtained a settlement of $111,307.68 for his injuries.
• A truck driver was struck by another vehicle while delivering fuel, resulting in neck, back, head, and right knee injuries. We secured an award of $280,000.00 for him.
• A nursing facility director injured her right arm, right shoulder, right knee, and back while catching a patient who was falling. We won a settlement of $110,000.00 on her behalf.
• A local bus company driver hurt her lower back, left shoulder, left leg, and both knees in a fall from her chair. We secured a settlement of $275,000.00 for her.
• A carpenter suffered injuries to his left foot, back, right arm, and right shoulder while installing floors. We obtained a settlement of $125,000.00 for his injuries.
