What benefits does Workers’ Comp provide?

Workers’ Compensation covers all of the necessary medical expenses that relate to the workplace injury, including doctor visits, hospital stays, imaging, examinations, physical therapy, surgery, and medical testing.

Workers’ Compensation Benefits can replace up to Two-Thirds of your Average Weekly Wage for lost time due to work-related injuries.

If a doctor finds that work-related injury deems you unable to return to work, you may be entitled to Permanent Disability Benefits.
