MDASR is proud to announce that partner James Seganti has been chosen as a 2020 Super Lawyers Rising Star. Rising Stars are attorneys who are under the age of 40 or have been practicing law for 10 years or less. This is a great accomplishment as only 2.5% of attorneys are selected to Rising Stars, while up to 5% of attorneys in the state will be named as Super Lawyers.

James oversees the 9/11 World Trade Center Department and works closely with both the injured worker and their families to ensure all of their rights are protected. He is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association and the New York State Workers’ Compensation Bar Association. He has lectured at a variety of Union Organizations in regards to their disability rights under the law and continues to fight for the injured worker.
