Tim focuses on complex Workers’ Compensation matters, where he represents injured workers throughout New York State. Having experience on both the defense and claimant sides of Workers’ Compensation law, he brings a well-rounded and strategic perspective to every case.

Since joining MDASR in 2016, Tim has consistently demonstrated exceptional legal skill and a commitment to the firm’s mission of protecting workers’ rights. His promotion to Partner is a reflection of both his professional accomplishments and the trust he has earned from clients, colleagues, and the broader legal community.

Tim has built meaningful relationships with local labor organizations, including Local 371 and Local 3 IBEW. He regularly works with union leadership and members to provide education and guidance on Workers’ Compensation rights and benefits.
