Chet Lukaszewski is a highly accomplished attorney with more than 20 years of experience representing injured municipal workers. Now serving as a Partner at McIntyre, Donohue, Accardi, Salmonson & Riordan, LLP, he offers deep knowledge in disability pension litigation and Social Security Disability claims. Chet Lukaszewski brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of advocacy for hard working municipal workers. As a nationally recognized authority in Municipal Disability pensions, he has successfully represented hundreds of civil servants before New York City and State retirement systems since 2001.
