Partner Scott Salmonson Awarded as 2020 Salute to Labor Honoree
The law office of McIntyre, Donohue, Accardi, Salmonson & Riordan is proud to announce that their very own workers’ compensation partner, Scott Salmonson, has been chosen as one of Schneps Media’s 2020 Salute to Labor Honorees. The Salute to Labor Awards celebrates the work of executives who play a prominent role in the labor field, diversity and rising stars in the field of labor and the organizations that support labor. The awards were accepted on Monday, September 14th and the event was streamed on Thursday, October 1st.
Scott was nominated for the work and commitment he has shown towards labor unions throughout his career. He counsels many union members including, New York State, New York City and Suffolk County Corrections officers, Nassau and Suffolk Police Officers, EMS members, Transport Workers’ Unions, teachers and social workers. Mr. Salmonson advises members of D.C.37 as well as Airline workers who are based out of New York State. He works closely with injured workers, their unions and their doctors to optimize benefits on behalf of his clients. Mr. Salmonson also represents first responders in all injury claims including their September 11, 2001 cases.

Hi! My name is James Fervilus and I am a city’s employee who is represented by the firm’s Attoney, Scott T Salmonson for half a dozen of cases; I was referred by one of my union Dc37 reps and who also a co-worker when I reached out for help after a very serious work related injuries, where I was badly assultes by one of our client’s at work.
