Nancy Pavlovic is an Associate at McIntyre Donohue Accardi Salmonson & Riordan, bringing a wealth of experience to her role as a dedicated advocate for injured workers. With a legal background spanning personal injury, malpractice, real estate, Social Security, and both civil and corporate litigation, Nancy now focuses exclusively on Workers’ Compensation cases—where she finds fulfillment in delivering timely support to those in need.

Nancy earned her law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and completed her undergraduate studies at Washington and Lee University. Over the course of her career, she has appeared before every level of the New York court system, including the New York State Court of Appeals and U.S. Federal District Courts.

Known for her calm, patient demeanor, Nancy helps clients navigate a complex legal system with honesty and clarity. She believes in empowering clients with knowledge and strives to bring immediate relief through treatment authorization and financial compensation at every stage of a claim.

She enjoys the collaborative environment at MDASR and values the firm’s team-first, client-focused mission. Outside of work, Nancy is a passionate music lover and concertgoer. She also dedicates time to the Angelman Syndrome Foundation (DC Chapter), supporting research and families affected by the condition in honor of her goddaughter. Nancy lives in Nassau County with her dog and is deeply committed to her work, her community, and the causes close to her heart.
