Associate

Ronald Schnepf is an Associate at McIntyre Donohue Accardi Salmonson & Riordan, where he brings a deep familiarity with the firm and a strong commitment to client-centered advocacy. His journey with MDASR began in 2012 as a part-time scanning assistant and evolved into key roles as a paralegal and, ultimately, a dedicated attorney.

Ron earned his B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy from Hofstra University in 2012 and his J.D. from Touro Law School in 2019. While at Touro, he was a member of the Honors Program, received the CALI Award for Legal Excellence in Legal Process I, and contributed to pro bono initiatives through the “Breaking Barriers” program and the Small Business and Nonprofit Clinic.

Drawing from years of experience in Workers’ Compensation settlements, Ron is particularly skilled in legal writing and has authored appeals heard before the New York State Appellate Division. He is known for his personalized approach to advocacy, taking the time to understand each client’s unique challenges and tailoring his representation to their individual needs.

Ron values the diversity of the injured workers he represents and takes pride in helping clients navigate the often-difficult aftermath of workplace injuries. He believes in building warm, respectful attorney-client relationships that support both effective communication and strong outcomes.

Outside the office, Ron is a history enthusiast, avid baseball fan, and active railroad preservationist. He serves on the board of directors of the Oyster Bay Railroad Museum. A graduate of Bay Shore High School, Ron has also served as a volunteer judge for the school’s annual “Law Day” mock trial competition.
