Timothy Finnegan is a Partner at McIntyre, Donohue, Accardi, Salmonson, & Riordan, where he focuses on representing injured workers in complex Workers’ Compensation claims. With experience on both the defense and claimant sides, Tim brings a balanced, informed approach to each case, working to secure strong outcomes for clients through strategic advocacy and clear communication.

Tim earned his undergraduate degree in U.S. History from Stony Brook University in 2010 and his law degree from Touro Law Center in 2014, where he served as Student Bar Association President. He began his legal career working across several areas of law before focusing his practice on Workers’ Compensation in 2015. He joined MDASR in 2016, drawn by the firm’s mission of protecting injured workers, and became a Partner in December 2025.

Known for being highly communicative and straightforward, Tim prioritizes keeping clients informed and prepared at every stage of the process, while also helping them plan with long-term outcomes in mind. He is a dedicated member of the Injured Workers’ Bar Association and currently serves on its Board of Directors.

Outside of his legal work, Tim enjoys sailing in the summer, playing guitar, and watching sports. He is also a devoted husband and proud father.
