Timothy Finnegan is an Associate at McIntyre Donohue Accardi Salmonson & Riordan, where he focuses on representing injured workers in complex Workers’ Compensation claims. With experience on both the defense and claimant sides, Tim brings a balanced, informed approach to each case, working to secure the best outcomes for clients through strategic advocacy and clear communication.

Tim earned his undergraduate degree in U.S. History from Stony Brook University in 2010 and his law degree from Touro Law Center in 2014, where he served as Student Bar Association President. He began his legal career working across several areas of law before turning his full attention to Workers’ Compensation in 2015. He joined MDASR in 2016, drawn by the firm’s mission of protecting injured workers.

Known for being highly communicative and straightforward, Tim prioritizes keeping clients informed and prepared, while also helping them plan for long-term outcomes. He is a dedicated member of the Injured Workers’ Bar Association and currently serves on its Board of Directors.

Outside of his legal work, Tim enjoys sailing in the summer, playing guitar, and watching sports. He brings the same focus and discipline to his personal passions as he does to every client he represents.
